The hotel is located in a different area, away from the bustling food area in Thonglo, which could be inconvenient for those looking for local dining options. However, it is easy to get Grab taxis from the hotel and the staff are willing to assist with transport arrangements. The rooms are well-equipped with a modern bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff is commendable, with a helpful and friendly attitude.

A new, functional, boutique-style hotel with spacious rooms and a posh entrance. The wood decor and Victorian character add charm. Staff are friendly and helpful, even providing fruit during a power outage. Design and furnishings are top-notch, with a clean room and bathroom. Late check-out and free shuttle to the airport rail station are convenient.

We had a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a good shower. It was the perfect end to our backpacking trip. The staff at Metropole were very helpful in organizing our shuttle to the airport and even offered us a late checkout. My wife also had a fantastic facial at the spa. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

Celebrating Easter here has been a memorable experience. The hotel's elegant decor really made me feel special and the staff were always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits and tasty pastries. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained swimming pool and fitness center, which gave me the opportunity to stay active during my stay.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The service at the front desk was a bit slow, and it took almost twenty minutes for me to check-in.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a well-equipped gym, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The room advantages were equally impressive, with private facilities and a cozy yet spacious feel. The catering service was on point, offering a delicious Continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. The service was impeccable, with staff always ready to assist.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, being a bit far from tourist attractions. However, taxis were readily available and the hotel staff were happy to organize them.
