the staff, especially Gokham, were extremely friendly and helpful. Gokham went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and assisted us with everything we needed, including recommendations for places to visit. the location of the hotel is excellent, with shopping malls, Starbucks, and supermarkets just a few steps away. the breakfast was amazing, and we even extended our stay because of the hospitality we received. we were very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of four districts, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Not far from the hotel, there is a popular shopping destination, the Mall of Istanbul. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. Moreover, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with recommendations on places to visit nearby.

Some guests have mentioned that the elevators in the hotel need refurbishing.

During my stay at La Quinta, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the receptionist Buket. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her friendly and helpful demeanor truly made a difference in my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, which offered a refreshing way to relax after a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The complementary breakfast buffet was impressive with a good selection of hot and cold items. the location was convenient for exploring the city and we were able to get around easily. As an extra bonus, the heated pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Our experience was ultimately ruined by the terrible customer service. We had issues with double charges on our credit card and the staff accused us of lying.

Staying here was an unparalleled experience. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, Solarium, Full body massage and Turkish bath define the luxurious ambiance of this hotel. the service was flawless, from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, the staff were attentive and helpful. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, offering a Special diet menu for those who need it. The location advantages were numerous, in walking distance to several amenities such as Starbucks, Dominoes Pizza, and petrol stations that made my stay comfortable. Cons: the only minor issue was that the room was not soundproof and a little noisy, especially as it was facing a highway.

The hotel staff was amazing! They were always helpful and had a smile on their face. The receptionists, especially Mr. Hüsseyin, made our stay awesome. The cleaning staff were kind and generous. Adem and the hotel Day manager, Elgin, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was great and easily accessible to attractions.

There were limited breakfast options and the provided irons leaked water. the hotel seemed to have a lot of guests from the hospital nearby, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable.
