This hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. the staff provided excellent service, with beauty treatments and full body massages. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfasts, and the bar area was a perfect place for drinks after a long day. the location advantages were impressive, with beautiful garden areas and a sun terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun.

The only minor issue was that the public bath area was a bit crowded, and I didn't have enough space for privacy.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with high-end service, thanks to Miss Deniz Yilmaz. She made our stay memorable, and we can't wait to come back in the future. the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city, with everything we needed within walking distance. the staff, including Mr Emir Bal, were attentive and sweet. the hotel itself is beautiful, both from the outside and the reception area.

The New Year's experience was fantastic! I loved the complimentary champagne and party hats at midnight! the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and public transportation. the indoor pool was a great way to relax and beat the winter cold.

The breakfast buffet was a disappointment in terms of variety and flavor. the staff could use some training in terms of customer service.
