The hotel design is amazing, with great pool area and spacious deluxe rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lounge area has splendid scents. Nicolai, Ege, Guliston, Lester, Fady. The Infinity pool experience and views are incredible. The hotel is immaculately clean and walking distance to JBR. There are other pools suitable for families and on-site restaurants. The breakfast had highlights like Bircher musli and freshly squeezed mango juice. There were members of staff like Kenneth, Kundan, Regina, and the manager at the Beach Grill who did a really good job.

Our recent stay in Dubai exceeded our expectations, with an excellent location in the Marina area, we had access to numerous dining options along The Walk and even a nearby closed establishment. Our room was spacious, sleek and equipped with smart home controls, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu was vast and delicious while the pool area and staff were fantastic facilities to enjoy.

The ongoing construction work in and around the hotel caused some disturbance to our mornings from early on.

Slow service at the beach grill.

The warm and friendly welcome at the hotel made me feel special right from the start. They even allowed me to check into my room early, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make my wedding anniversary celebration memorable, with not one but two delicious celebration cakes for us. The food at the dinner and breakfast was excellent, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the pool on the 77th floor, offering breathtaking views at sunset. Despite the higher prices, it's understandable for such a unique experience.

The rooftop pool had stunning views and was a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff was very accommodating when I requested a late checkout. I had a pleasant stay at Address Beach.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Marina and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the infinity pool, it was so relaxing and had amazing views. the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The noise was quite disruptive, especially the repeated alarms during the night. the private beach wasn't very appealing and the sunbeds were far away from the water.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with exceptional facilities. the spa and wellness centre offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments, and the outdoor infinity pool on the rooftop provides a stunning view of the surroundings. the sun terrace and outdoor dining area are perfect places to relax, and the private facilities offer an exclusive and private experience. the location advantage is unbeatable, located in the heart of Marina, with easy access to the beach.

One minor issue was that the service at the breakfast could have been better, as staff was not trained enough to handle guests' needs quickly. Nonetheless, this is just a minor issue considering the high level of service provided by this hotel.
