EXCEPTIONAL service, cooperative staff, amazing sea view rooms, delightful breakfast, beautiful lobby.

The staff, particularly Abrahim and Samri, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The Orchids were stunning, breakfast delightful, and the complimentary buggy rides added a touch of luxury. The only downside was the inconvenient valet parking system, which can be bothersome for guests preferring self-access. a memorable and satisfying stay, with friendly staff and breathtaking creek views.

I had the best time staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. the check-in process was smooth, and we even received a surprise room upgrade with a stunning view of the Creek. the room was clean and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. the housekeeping staff was always friendly and attentive, checking in on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Special shoutout to Mr Don and concierge Denis for going above and beyond to assist us. the staff here truly made us feel valued and well taken care of.

Although the pool area was amazing, it would have been better if there were designated times for kids to swim separately. there was a minor incident where I was asked to finish my drink from outside the hotel when I was in the lobby, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a kettle for convenience. As a guest with a family, the spacious layout made us feel right at home.

The air conditioning took a bit long to cool down, but it still did the job.

The hotel is conveniently located near Dubai mall and other popular attractions. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness of the staff, and the amazing view from rooms with a balcony. The lobby creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

Some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning and phone in their rooms, which affected their overall experience.

My stay at Address Grand Creek Harbour was a mix of highs and lows. Spectacular views and amazing service, especially from Grace at the club lounge. the honeymoon arrangements were a letdown. Despite some flaws, the comfort, cleanliness, and new facilities made for an overall enjoyable experience.

The upgraded room had a stunning sea-view and balcony, exceeding expectations. Great location near malls. Welcoming lobby with Arabic coffee and snacks available all day. Excellent housekeeping.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. the spa and wellness center, sauna and outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace provided a relaxing escape. the infinity pool with a view was breathtaking and the private facilities were exclusive.

The only minor issue was the parking access. the valet parking and the need to call someone for opening the gate was time-consuming and inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay at Address Grand Creek Harbor. The view from our premier room, which was upgraded to a skyline suite, was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The experience was truly enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Although the Google map is not accurate in the area, the hotel is easily accessible if you follow the signs. However, this issue is expected to be resolved soon.
