I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff was amazing and the service was top-notch. The hotel was also conveniently located in a prime area, with lots of markets and computer shops nearby. The facilities were good, and my room came with a double bed and breakfast included. Speaking of breakfast, the selection was great, especially for those who love Indian cuisine!

The staff, including Ms Jinki, Ms Rohisha, Ms Nadia, Mr Izhar, Mr Inshaf. The hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the Metro station was an added convenience. I have no hesitation in awarding this hotel a 10 out of 10.

The amenities are modern and luxurious. The room service is exceptional, and there is a variety of food, including halal options, which I found to be really satisfactory. The leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, and garden area.

Sadly, during our Easter holiday, the hotel's lack of proper air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable and unbearable in the heat. Even after complaining to the staff several times, nothing was done to improve the situation.
