We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and it made us feel very secure. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a swimming pool and spa available for use. The location was excellent, directly on the Creek and close to Deira Market, Dubai Mall, and the airport. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, ensuring that we felt at home throughout our stay.

Clean and spacious rooms with a wide range of amenities that blew my mind! The staff at every corner, from the lobby to the room service and restaurants, were super friendly and made me feel like a VIP. The breakfast at Salt & Pepper restaurant was jaw-droppingly delicious, and the Italian restaurant on the 18th floor not only had amazing food, but also offered breathtaking views. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, and my wife and two little girls absolutely loved it!

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities such as the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool were exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terraces were perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. the restaurant and poolside snack bar provided delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for a cocktail.

My only minor issue was with the size of the swimming pool , it was a bit small for the number of guests.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a great location close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was equipped with all we needed, including a washing machine. The staff provided excellent service, amking us feel at home. We loved the delicious breakfast and enjoyed the fantastic view from the swimming pool.

A minor downside was that the windows were a bit dirty, but it did not detract too much from our overall positive experience.

The housekeeping staff was quick to respond to my request for a baby cot, and even went the extra mile to provide dish washing liquid upon request. The spacious room was well-appointed with a comfy bed and had a stunning view of the city skyline from the swimming pool. I highly recommend this Rotana hotel. a great stay.

Loved the decor of the hotel room and the friendly staff. the complementary in-room dining was exceptional, and the location was great for exploring the city. We also appreciated the 20% off all in-house restaurants.

The prayer room was a bit of a challenge during Ramadan due to the air conditioning not working. However, the staff were quick to respond to our requests to fix the issue.
