We loved our stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for us as old people. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making us feel well taken care of. The hotel also had a nice pool area and a gym, which was a plus. a fantastic experience.

This place was fantastic! There were so many restaurants close by, and the prices were much more reasonable than in the more touristy areas. Plus, this hotel was situated above a mall, so it was super convenient for shopping. The best part was that it was only a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around so easy. The room was also really great - spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options to choose from.

This hotel is really value for money, with well-designed interiors and stunning views of the Dubai skyline. Its location inside the shopping mall which has many restaurants with competitively priced food and drinks is great for those on a budget. The rooms with balconies are also a plus.

Arrived after midnight and received excellent service for a smooth check-in process. Stayed in a clean and spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a beautiful balcony offering breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of cold and hot options. The location was ideal, next to a shopping center and Metro, with easy access to attractions like Dubai Mall and Dolphin Show.

The swimming pool was amazing. The reception staff were really helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. The concierge department, especially Mr. Charles, was helpful in arranging airport transfers. The man making espresso coffee at the buffet was amazing.

swissotel was a pleasant surprise! spacious rooms, great location next to a mall, and amazing food. the staff made our stay feel like home, especially the guest relations and restaurant teams. our kids loved the pools and spa. can't wait to come back!

The hotel is ideally located near town shops and a major shopping center, making it convenient for anything you may need. You can also take a boat ride down the river to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable with fully-equipped kitchens. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food.

One of the sauna rooms could be improved for safety reasons.

The two-bedroom suite at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was absolutely spacious and comfy - the city view from the private balcony was a bonus! As a budget traveller, I felt like I was living in luxury!

The dining table for 3 felt a bit small for entertaining guests.

Here, we found all the exclusive amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a great variety of treatments, including full body massage and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was heated and the sauna was very relaxing.

The only minor issue we found was the limited dinner options at the restaurant. the room advantages included the in-room breakfast, which was fantastic and the private facilities like the treatment room were exceptional.

Our stay at Swissotel was amazing! We loved the complimentary shuttle service to Dubai mall and the gorgeous swimming pool. Our room was very clean, with endless supplies of drinking water and toiletries. The location was perfect, with the metro station just a 2-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to the nearby mall and Union station. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Noni at the pool.
