I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Et Spa La Villa K - Basel Airport. the staff were extremely helpful, even arranging a shuttle for us when we couldn't find a taxi at the airport. the room was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the restaurant was amazing, with delicious food, excellent wine, and impeccable service. the breakfast spread was generous and had a variety of options. With the shuttle service and breakfast included, this hotel offered great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location, just a 5-minute drive to the airport. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and arranging a shuttle was a breeze. The front desk made check-in easy and efficient. Catching a bus to Basel downtown only required a short walk of about half a block. We also enjoyed the family-friendly Istanbul/Pizza restaurant just a block behind the hotel. The courtyard setting was perfect for our kids, and the light breakfast served in our room at 4am was a thoughtful touch. the hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated.

The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the free Wi-fi was also a plus. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day and the freshly squeezed juice was refreshing.

The main issue with the hotel was the lack of cleanliness. the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest as there were crumbs and hairs on them.

The hotel is located right off the main road and is easily accessible from Switzerland. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has been updated. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food.
