We had a great time in this place. We loved how close it was to different attractions and the mall where we watched the NYE fireworks. The staff here were accommodating to our requests and the room was equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, including the pool and spa, were great. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was delicious.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who ensured all of my exclusive needs were met throughout my stay. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a range of treatments including full body massages, foot massages, back massages, and head massages. the swimming pool area was stunning, complete with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar where I could relax and soak up the sun.

There were not enough plug points and USB charging ports in my room, which made it difficult to charge my devices.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Dubai Festival mall, making shopping and dining options accessible. Though it can be a bit of a hassle to hail a taxi from the Main Street, the hotel is only a short drive away from several malls for additional options. The rooms are spacious and clean with quality finishes and linens. The bathrooms are also outstanding and well-maintained. Breakfast offers a good selection, and the pool facility is perfect for a relaxing swim.

Some guests have raised complaints regarding the front desk staff's treatment, as well as the slow and inefficient check-in process.

Nothing could have been better.

This hotel stay was great! We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the luxurious amenities. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, as it was close enough to the airport and city center, but far enough away to avoid all the noise and crowds. We also appreciated the 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was very convenient.
