I got great value for my money at Serenity Villa. The room was cool, spacious, and quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, and the staff treated me so well, going above and beyond to assist me after my scooter accident.

Breakfast items could be improved with a wider selection and a more pleasant eating area.

I had a blast exploring the nearby attractions like the Chinese Congregation Hall. The villa's pool was a savior in the sweltering heat. Plus, the free bikes were a fun way to roam around.

Sleeping on synthetic bed linen was such a joy. It's not like I needed furniture or breakfast options, right?

The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and strong AC. The family-run atmosphere made us feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding and the pool was a refreshing bonus. The owner was excellent at communicating prior to our arrival and even met us early in the morning. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, and the free bicycle rental allowed us to visit the pottery village and bike through rice fields. The service was incredible, and the staff made us feel like kings. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the hotel had a nice new look. The fast WiFi and air conditioning were also a plus. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The bed sheets were made partly of polyester, causing us to sweat a lot. Additionally, there were a few minor issues such as the lack of lighting in front of the room door entrance and some noise from the neighboring room.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was jaw-dropping, with the night market and food stalls just a stone's throw away. The internet was mind-blowing, available throughout the hotel. The rooms were super spacious, with a small balcony and opening door for fresh air. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, even though they were a little pushy about massages and tours. a fantastic experience!

we had another great stay in hoi an and serenity villa exceeded our expectations. the spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location near the night market and old town made our weekend visit fantastic. the owners were always available to assist us and the free bike rentals were a nice touch.
