I stayed at Al Jawhara Metro for a week during my personal trip. The hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of cleanliness and proximity to lively areas. The room was ready and air-conditioned upon arrival, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from Union Metro station, made it convenient to explore Dubai. There was also a big supermarket nearby, and the room was quiet and comfortable.

We had a convenient stay at a perfectly located hotel, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. The nearby shopping mall made it easy for us to shop and dine. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The room, although in need of renovation, was clean and spacious with a large double bed. The hotel also provided complimentary services like storing our luggage and allowing us to use their phone.

The TV channels were not clear and there were no options for Urdu/Hindi viewers.
