I had a wonderful stay at Arjaan! The reception staff, bellboy, and concierge were incredibly helpful and responsive. They made sure my stay was enjoyable, and even my fussy mum loved everything. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded her expectations, and she was very pleased. The breakfast was delicious, although I would have preferred more options for boiled or fried eggs. The restaurant had a fantastic server named Kress who took great care of the guests. The swimming pool staff were also very nice and helpful. The hotel facilities made it enjoyable to bring my twin nieces along. I highly recommend Arjaan for families, you will definitely have a great time. Everything was fantastic!

The value for money was great and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, with malls, stores, and transportation options nearby. The staff, especially the receptionist, bellboy, and concierge, were very helpful and responsive.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more options like boiled or fried eggs.

The location of this place is very convenient as it is located downtown. The staff is very helpful, trying to fulfill any requests as fast and professionally as possible. The room amenities are great, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and sitting area. The spa center and swimming pool are a must-try due to the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is fabulous with a really varied choice of quality food. One standout feature is the superb shower with great water pressure and easily controllable temperatures.

The TV channels are limited with few sports options available.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, this place exceeded all of my expectations. The location couldn't have been better, with shops, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Plus, famous tourist spots like Qasr Al Watan and the Grand Mosque were just a short drive away. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent customer service and always going above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a range of services, from room service to car hire, making my stay even more convenient.

The suite feels like a spacious furnished apartment, complete with useful facilities like a microwave, washing machine, and small kitchen. The staff is friendly and always smiling, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast is great and the food is tasty.

The New Year's party was great and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks. The location was perfect as it was close to the city center and we could easily find transportation. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city.

The staff was not very friendly and did not seem to enjoy their work. The bathroom had a weird smell and the towels were not clean.
