We loved the chef's food at Aloft Me'Aisam! It was delicious and we wanted to order more. The staff, especially Mr. Syed, was very helpful and took great care of us. The place and environment were clean, the amenities tidy, and check-in with Fathima was quick and professional.

Had a decent stay over the New Year’s time. the hotel location was fantastic - easily accessible and plus close to the local hotspot places. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly staff that welcomed and assisted us. we particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and pool facilities, which was an added advantage.

Sadly, the hotel staff couldn’t handle the pressure very well. Our room was missing basic amenities, and it took forever for them to bring it to us despite multiple follow-ups.

We enjoyed the new furniture and the clean room. Although we requested a bathtub, it was not available. The breakfast was decent, but not suitable for diabetics. We had to stay an extra night due to circumstances, and the price was almost the same as for five nights. Overall we would recommend Aloft Me'Aisam.
