We had a wonderful stay at Anantara. The spa massages were brilliant and of very good quality. The room was fantastic, very comfortable with an upgraded mangroves balcony and a lovely view. The reception staff, especially Angel, made sure we had a great stay. The pool area was very nice and clean, and the spacious room was well-designed and clean. We also appreciated the Elmeis spa products provided in the bathroom.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to enjoy a variety of restaurants on the Eastern Mangrove walk. The room with a balcony looking out over the mangroves is a plus for exceptional views. Additionally, breakfast at Ingredients with a beautiful view of the mangroves is a great way to start the day.

The view and room were spectacular, with amazing balconies and spacious toilets. The restaurant had a large variety of food options and there was free parking available.

Great location near water activities and promenade restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff, including the Duty Manager who provided a special upgrade. Comfortable beds with ample pillows and modern, clean bathrooms. Enjoyed the lovely brunch provided. a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

The Thai restaurant in this hotel offers an outstanding culinary experience with their wide variety of dishes and flavors. Additionally, the international restaurant served delicious food with great presentation. However, guests should expect to travel further for basic needs as the nearest convenience store is located far away. The sunbed areas offer stunning views of the mangroves, what a peaceful experience!

The service in the public areas lacked professionalism and attention to detail.

During my recent stay at Anantara, I had an incredible food experience at Ingredients. The pancakes were delicious and the sashimi and sushi at lunch were fresh. The Filipina waitresses and Thai chef were very accommodating. Additionally, the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. The staff, especially the concierge Sher, were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job with our room, even creating animal shapes with the towels. The bar on the roof had a beautiful view at night and Daria and the staff were always welcoming. The pool was inviting and we enjoyed lounging there during the warm days. Lastly, the balcony view was relaxing and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The room and hallway had a musty smell and the carpet seemed dusty.

Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mangroves. The buffet breakfast at Ingredients was phenomenal with a great variety of food and attentive staff. we had a great experience at Anantara Eastern Mangroves.

We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at this venue. The staff here were exceptional, providing impeccable service and truly understanding the concept of customer service. The location is perfect, as it is close to restaurants and supermarkets, and the Eastern Mangrove walk just next door offers a variety of dining options. The room amenities were top notch and we appreciated the balcony, which provided stunning views.

I spent my Easter weekend at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. I loved the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea that was offered every day. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and allowed us to make the most of our stay. the hotel had a beautiful view of a natural reserve which was a great advantage for experiencing nature up close and personal.

One negative aspect of the trip was the lack of variety in the hotel’s dining options which made it difficult to find something to suit my taste. there were not enough activities offered within the hotel premises which made our stay a bit boring.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the luxurious amenities that fulfilled our expectations. The spa centre was a highlight, with a wide range of treatments including a full body massage, body scrub and facial. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also fantastic areas to relax in, with comfortable sun loungers and a poolside snack bar to cater to our every need.

The only issue we encountered during our stay was a minor one with the dinner service. While the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, the dining experience was let down slightly by slow service.
