Clean studio with all necessary amenities. Quiet and well-maintained location. Great variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely return in the future.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for those who want to be close to restaurants and the beach. It is right on Las Vistas beach which has to be one of the best on the island if you want a lively experience. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One negative aspect I found was the limited facilities, specifically the absence of a bar during the day.

Everything is what I need and want

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, with modern furnishings and a lovely big terrace for sitting in the sun. The rooms on the ground floor had a large balcony with sunbeds, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. Additionally, the location by the promenade and the beach was unbeatable. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

He provided us with maps and useful information about the surrounding area, including nearby shops and amenities. The apartment was extremely clean, well-furnished, and had superfast WiFi, which was a bonus. We also enjoyed having access to at least 10 English TV channels. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with amazing views from the balcony. our stay at Trg - Tenerife Royal Gardens - Viviendas Vacacionales couldn't have been better. Modern, well-equipped studio apartment with separate bed area. Good size balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers overlooking pool and sea view. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough. Amazing location on seafront and start of Golden Mile. Highly recommend.

Nothing not too like.

We recently had a great stay at a holiday apartment in a wonderful location. the apartment was tidy and comfortable, with high-quality kitchen appliances and a balcony with sea views. We also enjoyed the separated swimming pool and the fact that the apartment was walking distance to the beach. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby and the TV had channels in multiple languages.

the cleaning service was poor and we found pigeon droppings on the balcony that never got cleaned up. Finally, the apartment was noisy and we had trouble getting toilet paper and our sheets changed.

Roberto and his team at Trg - Tenerife Royal Gardens - Viviendas Vacacionales provided exceptional service. After our original accommodation fell through, they quickly found us a new apartment within half an hour. the location was perfect, near everything and with a great view of the pool. the apartment was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities, including sun loungers on the balcony.
