We also enjoyed visiting the nearby Dubai Dolphinarium. The hotel itself offers a pub with great food for dinner and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. Taxis are easily accessible outside the hotel. The room was clean and we received fresh towels and bottled water daily. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The pool was a highlight, and the staff were attentive to our needs. it was a memorable stay and we will definitely consider returning.

The housekeeping handled my underwear and moved my things to another room instead of waiting for me to come back first as earlier planned. I complained about this several times but got a forced apology from the front desk.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help us out. There were so many amenities available like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! The staff had great customer service and were very flexible in going the extra mile.

She made phone calls on our behalf and checked in daily to ensure our comfort. The complimentary shuttle service was a great addition, allowing us to easily explore the city. The security men at the front of the hotel were also very friendly and willing to assist. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and made our stay enjoyable.
