Our stay at Arjaan was absolutely delightful. The new lobby immediately caught our attention with its pleasant ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing studio room with a pool view. It was even better than the pictures – modern, clean, and well-equipped. The location was also great, allowing us to easily explore the city. The restaurant team was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us travel advice and making us feel welcome. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and we appreciated the fact that a supermarket was available and could deliver to our room. The heated plunge pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, we found our overall stay to be fantastic and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a blast exploring the city at night with the convenient location and easy access to public transportation. The staff's assistance was top-notch, and we were even treated to a delicious dinner as compensation for a minor issue with our room. The suite we stayed in was absolutely huge and exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing dip. a fantastic stay!

The hotel is located in a quiet area in Media City, but it's just a short walk from the Dubai tram, which connects you to other parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and provided basic amenities in a very comfortable room with not just one, but four balconies. The hotel also offers a great breakfast buffet with many food options including vegan dishes, all included in the price.

Had an enjoyable Christmas experience at a hotel in the Media City area. Loved the complimentary chocolates left in the room and the festive decorations throughout the lobby. the hotel's prime location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants which was a plus. the rooftop pool was also a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

The noise level from the street was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at times. the room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dirt in the bathroom and under the furniture.

Improving year after year. Early check-in. Extra-mile staff. Spacious flat. Surprise birthday cake. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable furniture. Great location.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, which made it easy for me to travel around. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything I needed, including fast wifi. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

I was disappointed by the limited food options compared to other hotels in the same chain.

The front desk manager, Mr Mustafa, and the entire staff were incredibly courteous and professional. They went out of their way to cater to our every need. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping. The pool area and gym were great too. The sea view was amazing and the hotel's location provided easy access to Sheikh Zaied Rd. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is great as it's just behind the restaurant where you can catch the Dubai tram connecting to other parts of the city. The area is quiet and serene. The service was top-notch - room service, car hire, and dry cleaning were all available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even surprised me with a birthday cake and card. The facilities were top-of-the-line including an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and aqua park. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out upon arrival that I have been upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and clean with stunning views from the balcony. The staff was courteous and accommodating. The location was convenient with easy access to the beach and tram station.

Spacious apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. Great staff and fast check-in. Near to popular areas like JBR and Dubai Marina, and conveniently located a few steps away from the tram. Balconies offer picturesque cityscape and sea views. Exceptional training room bathrooms.

I recently stayed at Arjaan in Dubai for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The croissants at breakfast were incredibly flaky and the whole meal was delicious. The reception lobby had a beautiful interior and the fact that there was a restaurant on site was very convenient. The room exceeded my expectations - it was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The hotel itself had a modern and up-to-date feel. Mr. Mustafa, the front desk manager, was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The entire staff was friendly and polite, and Ricky was particularly helpful with providing information and directions. I was very impressed with everything about this hotel and I will definitely be back.
