We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dubai. The reception was warm and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The room was fantastic, with a fluffy bed, sparkling and functional toilets, and great ventilation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a picturesque lobby and restaurants for unforgettable memories. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The location was superb, with the hotel being next to a lovely mall and close to the metro service. We also enjoyed the convenience of having supermarkets nearby for late-night snacks. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff made our stay a memorable one.

We loved the close proximity to the Metro Train, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, checking us in early at 7 a.m. The pillows and bed were the best, providing a comfortable sleep. The hair conditioner left our hair incredibly soft. The food at Manila Grill was a favorite, with an accommodating team that made us feel like we were in Manila. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the reception, concierge, and housekeeping staff. The best part was always getting a room upgrade without any additional charge, making us feel like VIP guests. a fantastic experience at the hotel.

The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service when we reported a mistake in our mini bar charges. The staff were polite, professional and corrected the charges promptly. The location of the hotel is perfect, with great in-house restaurants, reduced spa prices for guests, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is only a short 10-minute journey from the airport and there are taxis easily accessible outside. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping malls, and is close to the metro. The rooms are spacious and clean, with separate areas for the bed, wash, bath, toilet. The lobby areas, corridors, and lifts are all elegant and well-maintained. the staff's professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, making my stay at Asiana Hotel a perfect trip to Dubai.

The location is super convenient near the metro, only a short ride from the airport. It's located in a residential area near two shopping malls which is amazing. The staff's hospitality is undoubtedly unique and gave their best service at all times! Moreover, the hotel provides several services such as taking care of groceries, excellent room service, car hire, and airport shuttle.

The hotel has an ideal location, being very close to a shopping center, the airport, and a metro station. Additionally, the staff are welcoming and attentive, with some guests mentioning room upgrades and VIP treatment. The breakfast has a variety of cuisines to choose from and the rooms are modern and clean.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we felt like royalty. the exclusive amenities provided met our luxurious needs, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and beauty treatment services. the entertainment was exceptional, with live performances every night.

The only minor issue we faced was that the bar/lounge area was sometimes crowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the evening. the poolside snack bar was a great alternative.

The new year celebration was amazing! the hotel offered us complimentary chocolates and champagne which made us feel special. the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping malls. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool which had great views of the city.

The WiFi was slow and kept disconnecting. the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in variety.
