We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Railay Princess Resort & Spa-Sha Extra Plus. The property itself is beautiful, with comfortable and clean rooms. The swimming pools were refreshing and the location right on the water was perfect. The breakfast offered a variety of options and we especially enjoyed the delicious pancakes and french toast. The friendly staff and excellent cleaning service added to the overall positive experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to both Railay beach and the other beaches. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two swimming pools and a well-maintained garden. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were spacious with a big balcony. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us when my friend's phone stopped working. The breakfast had a varied selection and was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nice and had a great little patio overlooking a green space, perfect for enjoying the scenery and getting some shade. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the terrace swimming pool which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, as it was close to both beaches and not in the most crowded part of the city. Additionally, the hotel was right in front of the pier, making it convenient for transportation and offering great views of the landscape. The staff, particularly the girls at the reception, were very nice and accommodating.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the pier on the east side. We were able to easily explore all the major attractions in Railay, and it only took us a short 5-minute walk to reach the west side for stunning sunset views. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived until our departure. The room was gorgeous and kept immaculately clean, with a huge comfy bed and a balcony where we could enjoy the view. We loved starting our day with the excellent breakfast included, with plenty of options to choose from. And the two pools at this place were absolutely amazing, especially the infinity pool overlooking the bay area framed by limestone cliffs. We couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and comfortable stay!

This hotel is a true gem and we would recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was great, just a few minutes walk to the main beach and close to the pier where transfer boats arrive. the two swimming pools were a nice addition, and the spa area was relaxing.

There was a strong smell in parts of the resort, especially in the bathrooms. the rooms could use some updating, particularly the bathrooms.

I recently stayed at Railay Princess Resort & Spa-Sha Extra Plus for a few days. The hotel provided a great value for the price, with comfortable beds, refreshing pools, and a delicious breakfast. I also appreciated the complimentary water and the stunning mountain view from my room. The A/C worked well, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was lovely, with a nice garden view and tropical ambiance. The staff treated me well and the location was convenient for accessing nearby beaches and amenities.

More breakfast choices would have made the morning meals even better.

Our stay at Railay Princess Resort & Spa was fantastic. The staff treated us like royalty, especially our two small children. The two pools were perfect for our family, with the back pool being quieter and shaded, ideal for the kids. Additionally, the nightly release of citronella kept bugs away, and the massages were great.

We stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located near the pier on the east side of the island, so it’s easy to access when coming from the mainland. The beach here is the nicest in the area, and it's only a few minutes' walk away. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the bell staff/porter and housekeeping to the shuttle service to and from the airport. The welcome drink was a nice touch too. They offer tours and the staff is very knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated having ironing facilities and a mini-bar in the room, and the balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel located just after the pier in Railay East. The location was so convenient, as it was directly at the pier where the boats from Krabi arrive. Being in the center of everything made it easy for me to explore the area and visit the two beautiful beaches that were just a short walk away. The room itself was cozy and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. I was also impressed with the on-site spa and wellness center, which allowed me to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
