The rooms are beautifully designed with pool and ski slope views. The butler service is outstanding, accommodating early and late check-in/out. The executive lounge provides excellent hospitality and attention to detail. The staff, especially Fatma and Jonathan, are friendly and helpful. a romantic and comfortable experience worth trying.

The chalet rooms are unique and beautiful, allowing you to be in direct touch with nature. You can open the French doors and have direct access to the pool, creating a romantic atmosphere. The location is excellent, with some rooms overlooking the ski slopes of Ski Dubai. The staff provides fantastic service, with thoughtful gestures and attention to detail.

The room had a fantastic view of the ski slope, and the hotel was located in a very convenient location next to the mall. , the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The in-room dining service was not up to par. There were a couple of instances where our order was delivered incomplete, and it took a long time for our food to arrive.

Our stay at Aspen Chalets was fantastic. The room had a beautiful view of ski Dubai and the ambience was excellent. The in-room dining service, although disappointing at times, was compensated with positive gestures and treats. The hotel location was superb and the cleanliness was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Our chalet was appointed with luxurious and exclusive amenities, such as a private outdoor dining area and a hot tub with stunning mountain views. The service was impeccable and our butler went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs. Additionally, the location advantages were exceptional- it was a skier's paradise.

There was only one minor issue during our stay. The breakfast selection at the Executive Lounge was limited, however, this was quickly resolved by ordering additional items from the a la carte menu.

Exceptional service, accommodating early/late check-in/out, helpful and friendly staff , provided necessary amenities for baby, outstanding breakfast, attentive staff at breakfast.
