The recent stay was absolutely top-notch - the staff were super friendly, the rooms were lush, and the food was on point! We got a surprise cake for my son's birthday, which was a great touch. The team really made us feel like VIP guests. 🎂 Spa and outdoor pools were awesome for some chill time. Only hiccup was having to pay extra for my 8-year-old's half-board - a bit unexpected, but it didn't spoil our overall fantastic experience.

The service here is top-notch! the staff are truly a credit to this hotel - well trained and very attentive. From the concierge to the restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our baby's birthday. the room service breakfast was a great touch, and the variety of dining options meant there was something for everyone. the facilities, from the infinity pool to the spa, were fantastic and relaxing.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of seating. the hotel can get super crowded, and finding a place to sit can be a challenge at times.

I keep returning to a fantastic spot that has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, beach access, spa, water activities, fitness studio. The staff once helped with early check-in, leaving me no doubts - I'm coming back for holiday.

During my business trip to Dubai, our director chose Atlantis, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's offerings. The large designer gym was a highlight for me, providing state-of-the-art equipment and ample space for a complete workout. The gym's modern design and variety of equipment made it easy to stay in shape, and the attentive staff ensured it was always clean and welcoming. Additionally, the expansive outdoor pools and luxurious spa were perfect for relaxation, offering a serene atmosphere and top-notch amenities.

During my transit stay at Atlantis, The Palm hotel in Dubai, I was captivated by the stunning marine habitats, where I could witness a mesmerizing array of 65,000 marine animals through the underground tunnels. The hotel's convenient location, just 35km from Dubai Creek SPB and 19km from the Financial Centre, made it an ideal stopover for my travels.

Although my stay was overall enjoyable, I did notice that the mattresses on the bed were not as comfortable as expected, causing some slight discomfort and back pain during the night.

We had an amazing time at The Palm. from the early check-in to the friendly staff, everything was perfect for our family with a small baby. The room had a fantastic view, and we enjoyed the included water park and aquarium. The complimentary cake for our son's birthday was a lovely touch, along with the room upgrade and delicious snacks. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of dining options and activities for children. a fantastic stay that left us still smiling.

Our kids were thrilled with the record-breaking rides and the thrilling water slides at the largest waterpark in the Middle East. The Kids Club provided top-notch entertainment for our children, while the teens' hangout spot offered a chance to dance and play the latest video games.

My wife says that a small automatic bulb for soft lighting at night would be great for families with children.

The vast array of amenities such as the waterpark, pools, and beach ensured that there was something enjoyable for every member of the family. However, the inconsistent information provided by reception staff and long waiting times could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

The grandeur of the hotel's decor and the nautically themed columns in the lobby brought a sense of elegance and charm to my stay. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with wide hallways and gentle slopes, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy the hotel's general areas without any difficulty.

I would have appreciated if the children of the staff were more attentive to the special needs of senior guests.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel offered convenient parking and transportation options. Its location was perfect, with easy access to both the Saffron restaurant and the Aquaventure waterpark. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Imperial Club rooms with added benefits like access to waterpark, aquarium, and kids zone. Luxurious room with beautiful design. Multiple pools with stunning views and attentive lifeguards.

We loved the room and how clean it was. the hotel even surprised my son with a birthday cake when they found out we were celebrating his birthday for the second time at the hotel. the in-room dining was delicious and the portion sizes were just right. the waterpark was a great adventure, and we want to give a special thanks to Mr Saleh and Shaffi at the Aquaventure section. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, especially for our two kids. They made our day at the waterpark truly memorable. the hotel itself had fantastic facilities, amazing restaurants, and a great location. the staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. Saad at reception recommended that we upgrade to the Imperial club, and it was well worth it. Hashim, who helped us during check-out, was very detailed in explaining our bill. the Atlantis staff were always attentive to our needs and made us feel like we were in a magical place.

Exceptional service, exceptional location, exceptional amenities, exceptional food. Family friendly with high-quality services, discounts on restaurants and great kids club services. The aquaventure is a must-visit. Special shoutout to Owais from front desk.
