Our room at Avani was clean, modern and well-equipped. The location was ideal for exploring Dubai and the staff were friendly and attentive. When we had an issue with our breakfast, the team went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Avani was fantastic! The apartment was charming, clean, and spacious, exactly as we had hoped. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The pool was beautiful, and the gym was well-equipped. We even had a minor issue with the shower, but the housekeeping staff promptly fixed it. we had a wonderful experience.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of comfortable pillows and limited power outlets in the room, they were not major issues that significantly impacted our stay.

This hotel was a great value for the money, with attention to detail and all required amenities. The staff were excellent and the location was in a very quiet area, but still convenient to get to the beach and other activities.

The complimentary breakfast and use of facilities were great perks. the hotel's location right next to the tram station made travel to other areas of the city very easy. the luxurious toiletries and kitchen equipment were also a nice touch in the clean and comfortable room.

The hotel was quite difficult for taxi drivers to reach due to road closures and complicated streets. the external noise and malfunctioning light and alarm in the room made for poor quality sleep.

Located near the efficient tram and monorail stations, getting around the area is a breeze. For some fun in the sun, guests can take a quick walk to the Drift beach club or easily get there by Uber or taxi. The spacious rooms are well equipped with everything you need, and the breakfast spread satisfies every palate, including the recommended Royal Eggs dish. Plus, enjoy the benefits of PCR testing in your room and a complimentary car wash service in the basement parking.

The entrance to the hotel can be hard to find due to its architect.

avani surpassed my expectations during this stay. the spacious suite was spotless and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen. the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome, particularly main at the reception desk. they even assisted when we needed to see a doctor.

Breakfast buffet lacked fresh omelettes.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities offered in this hotel. the staff provided exceptional service and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the swimming pool was relaxing, with sun loungers and umbrellas on a sun terrace overlooking the beach. We also enjoyed the location advantage of being only a short distance from the tram station.

We only had one minor issue - the room had a shortage of power outlets. this was easily resolved with an extension cord provided by the hotel staff.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a clean and well-maintained pool and lounge area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to popular attractions in the area. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we were impressed with the modern and spacious design.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved two key aspects offered: the tasty breakfast with a great selection, including omelettes cooked to order, and the magnificent sea views from the panoramic windows. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure to cater to all our needs. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Palm and not far from the beach. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy all the beauty Dubai has to offer.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the difficulty in finding it due to ongoing roadworks and the confusing location. Lastly, the unfinished building areas in the neighborhood made the road to the hotel a bit fuzzy and inconvenient.
