Spacious apartment, excellent food, with a perfect location near a tram station for easy access to explore the city and a well-equipped fitness center for a refreshing workout.

We appreciated the hotel's prime location near public transport that made exploring attractions like Palm Jumeirah and Marina Dubai super convenient. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large window offering a fantastic view. The staff, especially Guille at the reception and manager Dahood, were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our visit.

The location was fab, conveniently next to the tram! Loved the spacious studio with full kitchen and a king bed—perfect for long stays. The amenities were always clean and maintained. a real treat!

But, my dear, the staff could use some charm lessons. the reception felt like a scene from a horror movie at times! And I swear their idea of a 'gym' was a room with a treadmill that hadn't seen action in ages.

Loved the spacious apartment with stunning sea views and a full-functioning kitchen. Enjoyed the infinity pools and well-equipped gym. Had a fantastic time relaxing in the sauna. Our favorite moment was lounging by the pool with the amazing view!

The staff was SUPER polite! ! Special shoutout to Rose at reception, she was a gem, always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for the kids to splash around while we relaxed nearby!

It wasn't exactly cheap but, for what we got, still acceptable.

The staff was fantastic and attentive always ready to assist with any requests. The variety at breakfast was impressive with high-quality options available daily. Housekeeping maintained our room impeccably.

Taxis finding the hotel front could be tricky. clearer signage might help. Also, the bottle opener provided was not very effective. it took some time to get a better one.

The food was AMAZING! ! Huge choice and great variety, especially for breakfast. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, especially Clark and Hoy May, making our stay feel special. The poolside area was lovely to relax with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided.

It would be helpful if the hotel added clearer signage for taxi pickups at the entrance. Also, the bottle opener provided was quite poor. a metal one would be much better!
