The suite at Ayla Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic. It had a separate living room and kitchen, and the two bedrooms were perfect for our group. The large LED TV and complimentary WiFi made our downtime super enjoyable. The luxury amenities were a nice touch and made us feel pampered. As someone who loves extra space and comfort, this suite was just what I needed.

I wish the view from the suite was a bit more captivating. But that's just my personal take.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance to the mall. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. I also appreciated the complimentary sweets and fruits delivered to our room, it was a nice touch.

The valet parking guy didn't even approach us, which made us feel unwelcome. The swimming pool area was very basic and not up to standards.

The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel like VIPs. The room amenities were great and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They had a rooftop pool and terrace which was such a great spot to relax and enjoy some sun. The spa facilities were also excellent. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a great time with my partner exploring the city center! we loved the complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival and the complimentary shuttle service to the main attractions. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk from the bustling shopping district and plenty of great restaurants, making it easy for us to get around. Another added bonus was the rooftop pool, which had a gorgeous view of the city skyline and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The room we stayed in had a small balcony which overlooked a construction site, and there was a lot of noise early in the morning. the breakfast buffet was quite busy and sometimes the tables weren't cleared quickly enough making it difficult to find seating.
