The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to the train station and the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The complimentary toiletries provided were a nice touch. the pricing was reasonable, making it a good value for the money.

That the heating in the room was set too high, making it uncomfortably hot, especially in the bathroom. Another issue was the noise from the hallway, which could be heard inside the room.

The restaurant, Novecento, was superb and offered a discount for guests. The breakfast was plentiful and the location was perfect for exploring the city and taking day trips to nearby destinations. I highly recommend this hotel.
