The food at the hotel was diverse and delicious. breakfast offered a large variety that my children loved. The kids’ activities kept them entertained, especially the outdoor movie nights, which were a highlight for the whole family.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the pools was disappointing. my kids couldn't enjoy them without burning eyes from the chlorine. Additionally, there were not enough sunbeds, leading to a scramble for seating around the pool area. We also found long lines for breakfast, which made it difficult to start our day smoothly.

I gotta say, the kids facilities were incredible! ! The staff were so friendly, especially Boss from the front desk -- he really took his time walking us through the dining options and made our little picky eaters feel at home! We ended up choosing the Thai restaurant and the food was just fantastic, not to mention they had a buffet section for kids that made everyone happy!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality of service and fun for the kids, it was totally acceptable.

during my stay, I appreciated how easy it was to explore nearby attractions like the Dubai Museum and the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, both just a short walk away, making my weekend adventures effortless and memorable.

We absolutely love the location on a lovely quiet beach, perfect for relaxation and fun for our kids. The free bouncy castle and rope park were huge hits, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially Jib in the main restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable.

The only downside was the occasionally strange smell in the lobby area.

The family pool and water slides kept my boys entertained for hours, and we loved watching the outdoor movie on the beach at night. The spa had a nice range of treatments, including massages and a relaxing sauna, perfect after a long day of activities. Just a small inconvenience was the room mix-up at first, but the team quickly upgraded us, which made everything better! 😊

The spacious sea view room with bunk beds was perfect for my kids, and the Mirage Lounge access made our experience even more enjoyable. However, the hotel can get quite crowded during peak times, leading to a scramble for sunbeds and a bit of noise at breakfast. Surprisingly, I found the food options to be average overall, though the French toasts were a delightful exception.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

the hotel is situated on a peaceful island giving a feeling of exclusivity with easy access to the local attractions. the room was spacious with luxury amenities and clean facilities. the variety in breakfast options was delightful and there are many pools and fun activities for the kids.

We had an excellent time at this place. My daughter loved the kids club where she spent hours painting and dancing, and even had a birthday cake waiting for her in the room, which was a nice surprise! Another highlight was the evening entertainment, the firedance was breathtaking and the beach movie nights kept everyone entertained until late.

Definitely not cheap, but still worth it for the memories we made.

the game rooms helped keep the kids cool during the hot days. we had some issues with our room lock, which took time to fix.

the kids had an awesome time in multiple pools and the beach. tons of sun loungers available for everyone. we especially loved the delicious meals at every restaurant, particularly breakfast with the fresh fruits and pastries!
