I had an excellent experience staying at Copthorne Hotel Dubai. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was upgraded to a spacious suite at no additional charge, providing breathtaking city views from the balcony.

The initial confusion with the room arrangement was a bit disappointing. Although the hotel staff offered a free breakfast and ultimately sorted it out, it left us feeling a little unsettled on the first night.

We recently stayed in a hotel in a central location, which made it easy for us to explore many local attractions. The service from the staff here was exceptional, and they were always willing to help out with things like room service, car hire, and laundry. The room amenities were also fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning and soundproofing to help us get a good night's sleep.

Accessible location near metro station and City Center. Beautiful surrounding and views at night. Mr. Musha and Mr. Waleed from reception were exceptionally efficient and made our stay comfortable. International staff.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable with good aircon. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at the hotel.

I stayed at Copthorne for a short business trip and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The central location, friendly staff, especially Mr. Abjal, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. The Filipina Receptionist went above and beyond to ensure I had a great room, and the Room Attendant was extremely helpful and even gave me extra water. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall, good restaurants, and other hotel bars. a great stay.

During my transit in Dubai, I chose to stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai due to its convenient proximity to Dubai International Airport, just 4 km away. The ease of catching a taxi from the airport to the hotel made my short stopover an enjoyable experience. the hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from Deira City Centre, provided me with the opportunity to explore the vibrant multicultural neighborhood during my brief stay.

While my stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai was overall pleasant, I did notice that there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room. The ceiling needed some attention, especially during rainy weather, as there was excessive noise in the bathroom ceiling.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious with amazing views, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two huge bathrooms. The staff provided great service and made our stay comfortable.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Deira City Center during our Christmas vacation and had a mixed experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the metro station and the Deira City Center mall. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and do some shopping. The breakfast spread was decent, with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful, especially Ajit Kumar from the morning breakfast buffet, who always greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the cleanliness of the hotel's all-day restaurant was subpar, with limited food options.
