had an amazing stay at crowne plaza! rooms were spacious, beds comfy, and the bathroom design was top-notch. loved the direct view from the bathroom. the swimming pool area was fantastic with different pools, and the gym was well-equipped. staff was friendly and helpful. connected to Festival City Mall with great shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dubai Festival City. the hotel's location was great, with Festival Mall nearby for shopping and entertainment. the dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel was excellent, and the staff there was top-notch. the breakfast at the Crown Plaza was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious hot and cold foods to choose from. the room was comfortable and the view was nice. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shisha area. the hotel's proximity to the mall was a definite plus.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near a massive shopping center with a lot of fun things to do. We were impressed with the variety of services and amenities on offer, such as the car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their assistance with printing documents and arranging PCR tests was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which provided us with plenty of relaxation options. The pools were clean and well-maintained, while the beach access was a great added bonus. The staff in assisting with the reservations for the required PCR tests was a plus.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay away from home.

During our stay, we enjoyed the great location of the hotel, close to the airport and next to a big mall with various restaurants. We appreciated having the possibility to iron our clothes in the room and enjoyed the delicious food options offered by the hotel's restaurants. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful floral decorations throughout the hotel.

The hotel was a bit far from most of the major attractions in the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai and had an amazing 5-star experience. The location of the hotel was great, allowing easy access to the nearby mall. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and very responsive. The rooms were nice and offered an amazing view of the lake. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a variety of delicious options. I also loved that the hotel had multiple pools, including a jacuzzi and one for kids. The creek view from my room was fantastic as well. it was an incredible experience at the Crowne Plaza.

I had a fantastic stay at a waterfront hotel in Dubai. the location was perfect, with easy taxi access to the rest of the city. the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. the hotel's proximity to the mall was a major plus, and I enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the outdoor swimming pool. I want to give special recognition to two staff members: Sir Gihan, who kindly offered us water after a refreshing swim, and Sir Victor, who was attentive during our breakfast at the buffet.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel's location provided beautiful views and easy walking access to the mall and Dubai Creek. The hotel's close proximity to the airport meant no aircraft noise issues.

The breakfast spread at the hotel was excellent and had a variety of options including Middle Eastern foods. I was impressed with how clean and modern the rooms were. The highlight of my stay was being able to enjoy the Imagine Show from the restaurant in the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

the luxury feel of Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City made me feel like I was really pampered. the room was cleaned daily and we even had a birthday cake left in the room for my wife. the hotel offers great facilities for both business and leisure travelers, with swimming pools, jacuzzi, and beautiful gardens. the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, giving a sense of class and exclusiveness. the location, with its breeze from the sea, added to the overall charm. Families will love the spacious double rooms that can communicate, turning them into suites. the Zaytun restaurant provided an incredible outdoor setting with a breathtaking view. it's a fantastic place for couples, lovers, and quiet families.
