Some pool areas were cloudy, but breakfast and service exceeded expectations!

Breakfast buffet amazing, check-in efficient

Great beach access, loved the indoor pool! Wi-Fi was really slow. Check-in was a hassle.

Service was inconsistent. I faced rude staff and multiple room issues, making the stay stressful and disappointing at times.

Request dining recommendations well in advance, especially for dietary needs, as staff may not proactively assist during busy meal times.

We enjoyed our time relaxing in the heated swimming pool and taking in the soothing vibe at the spa lounge. It was awesome that our son could grab an ice lolly between his playtime in the bouncy castle and water sports! Only downside was a slight delay during check-in, but it didn’t take away from the fun. 😊

The kids loved all the activities and the sandy beach was perfect! We really enjoyed our 2-night stay with generous facilities and a great location. Even had some fun at the water park—boss level for family time!

But goodness, I swear the shower was auditioning for a sitcom with its dramatic falls! Plus, the Wi-Fi was so slow, I practically wrote a novel waiting for it to connect.

We had a fantastic time with the kids! The pools were a blast and our room was spacious with a great view. Staff were super friendly, especially the front desk folks. We grabbed snacks at the poolside bar a lot! Breakfast was a bit basic, though, could use more options.

Comfortable facilities, attentive service, with easy beach access and a fun children's club adequately kept my family entertained during our stay.

I enjoyed the swimming experience with my loved ones. It's a different kind of travel from Italy to experience the local flavor.

During my stay, I was blown away by the amazing beach and the fantastic shisha and drinks at the Anchor bar, making for an unforgettable weekend experience. with the Marjan Island just a short walk away, it was easy to enjoy the beautiful coastal views while discovering nearby attractions like the Al Hamra Golf Club, adding so much charm to my city strolls.
