During my transit in Dubai, the convenience of Dusit Thani Dubai was truly remarkable. Its strategic 10-minute walk from the Financial Centre made it an ideal choice for my short stay. the hotel's close proximity to Dubai, just 30 km away, made it an excellent choice for a quick stopover before continuing my journey.

At Dusit Thani Dubai, the check-in process was slightly slow, which was a minor inconvenience for my short stay. However, this was a small drawback compared to the overall experience.

I always choose this place. First stay, staff helped me print important docs. It suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hr room service & security, pool, spa, restaurant. Coming back for Easter.

The Lobby Lounge is a perfect place for business meetings with its Thai-inspired design and lush green enclaves. NoLo, the first non-alcoholic bar in Dubai, is a concoction of fun and flavors.

Who needs alcoholic beverages when you have NoLo, right?

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city and Burj Khalifa. The location was excellent and the staff at Dusit Thani were wonderful - very helpful and attentive.

Great cleanliness and organization, friendly staff, fantastic location with a view of Khalifa tower. Spacious rooms with comfortable king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom. Welcoming attitude from Mahmood at reception made my week-long stay enjoyable. Returning guest, staff recognized and upgraded me to a fabulous corner suite. Stylish, spotlessly clean room, great value. Great for holidaymakers near Dubai Mall, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, or DIFC area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extra comfy and the suite was very clean. We loved the fact that the living room and the bedroom both had a television. The location is excellent, very close to the Dubai Mall and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the service from check-in to check-out was top-notch. The hotel facilities were great, with 24-hour serviced restaurants and alcohol served round the clock. The breakfast was good and we also appreciated the shuttle service provided.

Great location, close to major attractions and dining options. Comfortable rooms with nice views. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with taxis, suggestions, and even paying for a taxi when the credit machine didn't work. Their thoughtfulness made our stay memorable.

Some taxi drivers near the Dubai Mall were unwilling to take us to the hotel due to its proximity. This caused frustration and inconvenience.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the view of the high rise buildings on Shaikh Zayed Road. The location was excellent and central, with just a short taxi ride to Dubai Mall. The staff treated us wonderfully, allowing us to check in early after a long flight and being very attentive to our needs. The rooftop pool and gym facilities were also a nice bonus.

We checked in at Dusit Thani and were blown away by the spacious and beautifully clean room. The housekeeping and room service staff were attentive and ensured our every wish was met. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dennis, who made us feel at home with his warm welcome and Indian tea made to perfection. The service from Mr Shiva and Wang Li at the reception was top-notch. Even when my husband stayed for a few extra nights, the staff continued to check in on me, making me feel valued and cared for. The memories we made at Dusit Thani will stay with us forever. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great view of the city skyline and was located in a convenient area near key attractions. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The communication regarding a particular request was lacking. the hotel management seemed reluctant to accommodate the request and did not provide clear and timely responses.

Had a great time with a 4-night stay at Dusit Thani. The room was perfect for our family, equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, and parking was hassle-free. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city. The view of the Burj Khalifa from our window was stunning, and the kids loved it. The shuttle service was convenient, taking us to malls and the kite beach park. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, including decent Indian options. The front office staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. a highly recommended hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is very convenient for business travellers as it is close to the financial district. The breakfast at Jones the Grocer café was excellent with fresh and tasty food. The staff was very attentive and quick to resolve any issues with the room.

The noise level in some parts of the hotel can be bothersome for light sleepers.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it provides Audio and visual equipment, as well as a projector and Wi-Fi at my disposal for a productive and successful boardroom session. The staff ensured all the equipment was set up and functioning smoothly, contributing to a seamless presentation and discussion.

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms. It would have been beneficial to have a designated space for private discussions and meetings, especially when hosting clients and colleagues.
