Great location and friendly staff

The location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. The place was clean and modern, with all the amenities you could want—like pools and a hot tub. We just wished the breakfast was better; it wasn’t worth the price we paid. a nice spot for a getaway!

The front desk staff was always nice and the facilities were clean. the hotel’s location provided easy access to a nearby road that helped us avoid the traffic on the main road.

There were a few negative aspects. the limited restaurant hours and menu options, as well as the restricted alcohol choices, were disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden in Pigeon Forge for a night, and everything about my stay was amazing! The hotel is only 3 years old, so it felt fresh and modern, which I loved. The king size rooms had glass showers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The air freshener used in the hotel was refreshing and made the room feel inviting. The location was convenient, with a back street called Teaster that helped avoid the main highway traffic. it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities. the movie theater, full bar, and restaurant were wonderful additions to my stay. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my questions were answered with a smile. In addition, the rooms were immaculately clean and stocked with plenty of towels. the quiet and peaceful atmosphere made my sleep incredibly restful. the firepits were a nice touch, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. the key location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. there was a lack of signage, making it difficult to find certain amenities and determine the opening and closing times of the restaurant and bar.

The hotel is in a convenient location that made it easy for me to travel to all of the area attractions. It is also close to a mini outlet mall, which was a bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. The parking was easily accessible, and the breakfast provided was delicious. the staff was amazing and made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with one particular front desk attendant named Brandon going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities like tubs and queen beds. it was great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Despite the overall positive experience, breakfast wasn't included. However, this is something that can easily be overlooked, considering the hotel's other great qualities.
