The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family. The staff were excellent and always ready to assist when needed. We appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store and pharmacy located within the building.

The cleanliness of the room needed improvement, but the staff promptly addressed our concerns. The room had a slight odor, which could have been improved with better air fresheners.

The shops in the small mall inside the hotel were convenient and the service was excellent, from the staff at the reception and help desk to the security guard. Thirdly, the rooms were incredibly comfortable with all facilities I needed, especially the comfortable bed. And lastly, the location in the center of old Dubai was perfect - right in the middle of everything and in a small mall with good options for vegetarians too.
