The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large family. The staff were excellent and always ready to assist when needed. We appreciated the convenience of having a grocery store and pharmacy located within the building.

The cleanliness of the room needed improvement, but the staff promptly addressed our concerns. The room had a slight odor, which could have been improved with better air fresheners.

The shops in the small mall inside the hotel were convenient and the service was excellent, from the staff at the reception and help desk to the security guard. The room amenities were great, including the mini-bar and air conditioning. We also appreciated the caring staff members who made us feel right at home.

The hotel's location was ideal, with a nearby bus station and easy access to Deira City Centre and other attractions. The staff, especially Joseph, were incredibly helpful and polite. The spacious rooms were comfortable, equipped with fast Wi-Fi and even a handy weighing machine. The hotel offered great value for money with its big beds and overall excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Concorde Hotel & Apartments. the room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and provided a perfect oasis to come back to after a busy day in the city. the location was excellent, close to the biggest malls and all the best restaurants. the staff were always friendly, kind, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place, especially for group travelers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the value for money was unbeatable; I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. Secondly, the staff were so helpful and made me feel really welcome. Thirdly, the rooms were incredibly comfortable with all facilities I needed, especially the comfortable bed. And lastly, the location in the center of old Dubai was perfect - right in the middle of everything and in a small mall with good options for vegetarians too.
