The location is convenient for the airport, the beach, and the central area. The car was available for a morning beach trip. The apartment was spacious with all necessary facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good nearby shops for food.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, it's in a prominent place close to nearby restaurants and little eateries in AlQusais area. We really enjoyed the services available, especially the quick and quality service from the friendly staffs who were very helpful. This hotel had everything we needed; leisure facilities like swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a dining restaurant, and even a business centre.

The customer service at Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments was exceptional. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and the staff immediately sent someone to fix it. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel apartment near some great restaurants, including West Zone grocery and Baskin Robbins. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The service was excellent, with daily housekeeping and fast internet. We were impressed with the facilities, such as the gym and nearby store. The view from our balcony was stunning. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We did experience some noise from nearby mosques and schools in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

The free complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice touches. The hotel's location was convenient, with many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. One of the best parts of the stay was the rooftop pool, perfect for a hot day.

The noise level was unbearable. I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms and even from the hallway.
