The hotel was beyond our expectations! the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic city, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop views were stunning, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

That the shower didn't drain very well, so we ended up standing in a bit of water during our showers. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The hotel also arranged transportation for us from the airport, which made us feel safe. a memorable experience!

We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a good variety of local and international dishes.

You'll be close to everything you'll want to do, with the hotel being in the center of old town Cartagena. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with beautiful decor and spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although limited in options, is delicious and accompanied by fresh fruit, juice, and coffee.
