The penthouse on the 16th floor is the perfect spot for a few days without leaving the hotel. The pool and beach are fantastic relaxation spots, but the main pool being kids-unfriendly was a little disappointing. In all, fantastic stay, except for a few minor hiccups, and we're already planning our next visit! 👌

The pool was amazing, rooms spacious with modern amenities. However, changes in complimentary services and maintenance issues were noted. The spa, beach access, and nearby landmarks like Dubai Pearl Museum enhanced relaxation and family bonding experiences.

I stayed at Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai only for transit during my travel, and its convenience of being just 35 km away from Dubai Creek SPB made my journey hassle-free. The 70-minute ride from Financial Centre to the hotel was convenient and punctual, allowing me to make the most of my time in Dubai.

The accessibility to the hotel's pool and beach for non-residents was limited, leading to overcrowding and making it difficult for residents to enjoy these amenities.

Rhoda and Ariel from housekeeping were fantastic, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to everything by taxi. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and the rooftop bar was the perfect spot to enjoy a stunning sunset.

staying at the palm jumeirah was an amazing experience for us at five. from the comfy bed and pillows to the friendly staff and great breakfast variety. the separate family and kids pool was well-placed, and the beach access was fantastic. overall, a superb stay with helpful staff and modern, spacious rooms.

Our family had an incredible time at the Five with its 13 amazing dining and drinking spots. From the mouth-watering dishes at "Blvd on One" to the vibrant atmosphere at "The Penthouse," there was something for everyone. Our kids loved the variety, and my wife and I enjoyed the sophisticated cocktails at "The Delisserie.

My wife says that the kids' pool area could have more shaded spots for families.
