The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always asking about my stay and if I needed anything. the location was great, with shops, bus stops, and the metro station nearby. It was easy to get dropped off or picked up from the hotel.

One major issue I had was the noise from the nightclub downstairs, especially when it closed late at night. It was really loud and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Stayed at Dunes for a short visit, and it was perfect. Conveniently located near the Metro Station and Sea Front, with easy access to the town center. The room was comfortable and clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was great to have hot water available at any time. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, right in the town centre and opposite a busy pub. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, with fresh and pleasant smells. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Some rooms even have a comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean ensuite bathroom with a good size window, which is a rare find. The wifi is free and works quite well.

Some guests might find it disappointing that breakfast is not provided on-site.

I recently stayed at Dunes in Whitley Bay for my daughter's birthday and again for my granddaughter's 6th birthday. The hotel is conveniently located near Spanish City, making it ideal for events. The staff were friendly and the rooms were immaculately tidy and clean, with comfy beds for a good night's sleep. I'll definitely be returning in the future with my partner for its proximity to the playhouse and ice rink.
