I recently stayed at Four Points for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff ensured that my stay was extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a modern touch. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, just like being at home. The breakfast selection was great, and on my last day, the staff even prepared a delightful bag of breakfast goodies for me to take on the go. The entire staff, from front door to reception, breakfast to floor staff, and pool staff were all friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a valued guest. Special shout-outs to Danish at reception and Swarma at the restaurant for their exceptional service. the hotel provided comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent hotel facilities.

I was in Dubai for three days on a short business trip. The hotel is close to the airport and the places I needed to be. The staff were great, very spacious and comfortable room, very clean and well equipped and excellent value for money. The breakfast was really good and the two dinners I had was excellent, Italian and Indian. The hotel is not in the typical touristy area, but closeby are good supermarkets, ATMs and always taxi available.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of Indian restaurants and Meena bazaar within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the restaurants and room service. They made me feel right at home and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was cozy and the bathroom had a luxurious bathtub. The on-site restaurant, Purani Delhi, served delicious North Indian dishes and had a great selection of wines. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a little away from the more popular sightseeing locations, but it is conveniently located within walking distance to Indian restaurants and Meena bazaar. I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff treated me in a very warm manner, particularly at the reception desk. They were very helpful and did what they could to accommodate every request. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a leisure spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and had access to a sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The staff here always gives us good service and makes us feel welcome.

Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and a short distance from the city center. This made it convenient for me to explore the city during my downtime.

One aspect of my stay that I did not enjoy was the smoking policy in the hotel bar. As a non, smoker, I was unable to stay and enjoy a drink in the bar due to the presence of smokers.
