During my transit in Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Excelsior Hotel - Bur Dubai, which is conveniently located just 0.9 km from Adcb and a short 10-minute drive from the Financial Centre. The hotel's close proximity to these key locations made my stay extremely convenient and time-efficient, allowing me to easily navigate my way around the city and reach my business destinations without any hassle.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grand Excelsior Hotel - Bur Dubai, I encountered a minor inconvenience regarding the late check-out policy. Despite being initially assured of a 7pm check-out time without any extra cost, I was later informed on the day of checkout that the latest time to check out was 4pm, unless I was willing to pay an additional 225 dirhams.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Excelsior Hotel - Bur! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request or question we had. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the swimming pool was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxation and indulgence. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel's location across the street from a mosque was perfect for us. We also loved the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The bell staff/porter were very helpful and always at our disposal. Additionally, the room was equipped with a number of amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle, making our stay extremely comfortable. Finally, the staff, right from the managers to the waiters, were extremely attentive and patient with our requests, and we really appreciate their efforts.

Highly recommended for families looking for the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and hospitality.

Booked this place for my husband and his colleague for a work trip. They were very comfortable. The staff were super courteous. They were upgraded to a family room, giving them more space. Breakfast had a good spread. Location was great - the metro wasn't too far off. they had a good stay and would definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The room size was great and everything was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to specifically mention Mr Hanif, Mr Amir, Ms Khin, Ms Jasmyn, Ms Riham, and the manager Mr Jamal for their exceptional service. Their warm welcome and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.

I had a great time in this hotel! The staff are kind and hospitable, especially Grace and Dessa at the reception and the HC. They were very polite and accommodating. The room was spacious and well furnished. The hotel provided great value for money. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially during the busy Christmas and New Year period. There is also a good sports bar on the ground floor.

We had an amazing experience staying at a hotel in the lively Deira location. It is situated near two metro stations, and one can quickly reach the nearest one, either by walking or taking a cab, in about 15 minutes. There is also a stunning mosque directly located across the street from the hotel. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The service was prompt, polite, and amenable at every juncture. We enjoyed the diverse and delicious breakfast, which included continental and Indian cuisines. The rooftop swimming pool provided a stunning view of the city.

We experienced some noise disturbance from the street traffic, which was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

I really liked this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The desert safari and sunset cruise trips booked through the hotel made my holiday extra special. The hop-on hop-off bus ticket I got from the hotel allowed me to see all the sites and saved me loads of money. The pool area has a nice and relaxed atmosphere. It's not in a busy area, but easy to get around from with a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby.

Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.
