The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the variety of activities and amenities that the hotel offered, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court.

We were disappointed to find that our room was outdated and had a dusty smell. Additionally, the hotel had some issues with maintaining cleanliness and providing satisfactory room service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location above the La Bamba restaurant was perfect, as we had easy access to delicious meals whenever we wanted. The fact that the hotel is right on the beach made it even more enjoyable, as we could relax and swim in crystal clear waters. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available to make our stay even more convenient. The staff, especially the person who took care of our room change request, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel also had a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool, which added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay. With its excellent hospitality, this is definitely a hotel we would recommend to everyone!

The beach access and tennis courts at the hotel were fantastic. We loved being able to easily access the beautiful beach and spend our days relaxing by the sea. It was also great to have tennis courts available for some active fun during our stay. Another advantage of the hotel was the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the main downsides of our stay was the limited food choices, especially during the breakfast buffet. the options were repetitive and there weren't many healthier choices available.

The location is shared with Carlton Hotel and Beach Hotel, making it a quiet area with a beautiful sea view. The rooms and bathrooms have good quality finishing and the absence of carpet on the floor enhances the overall experience. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, making your stay convenient and comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We chose Occidental for our first trip to Dubai and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel's direct beach access was a huge plus, saving us the hassle of transportation. The pool was great, with clean towels provided. The rooms were spacious and bright, with a big king-size bed and a balcony where I could enjoy a smoke or a cup of coffee with a view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room service was polite and non-intrusive. The variety and freshness of the food, especially the seafood options, were impressive. a wonderful stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the sea being very close by. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and had a smile on their faces. They handled all our needs, even with difficult guests, and always followed our instructions. The facility itself was excellent, with clean rooms and plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We especially enjoyed the free shuttle rides to the nearby malls and Dubai mall. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel in Sharjah and had a great time during my Easter holiday. the best aspects of my stay were the beautiful location directly on the beach and the reasonable price. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and onto the sandy shores of the beach. the hotel also had its own pool, which was a nice option for a swim if I didn't feel like going to the beach. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Although I had a great time overall, there were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. the hotel is quite old and could use some renovations.
