We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a secluded atmosphere. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful views. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to various attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and James Bay. Breakfast was satisfying and the staff treated us like old friends.

The room we stayed in was absolutely charming, with a cozy fireplace and a comfortable bed. the decor had a vintage feel and added to the overall character of the place. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful view of the harbor.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of staff presence during the night. It would have been nice to have someone available to assist with any issues that may have arisen.

We had a great value for our money at a cute hotel with a nice Victorian vibe. The spacious rooms and convenient location were perfect for our anniversary celebration. The staff treated us like royalty, dressing up in era-appropriate attire and serving us breakfast on a 3 tiered stand with tea.

loved our stay at the inn. suite was fabulous with cozy decor, amazing wallpaper, and a lovely view. breakfast was delicious and extravagant. one of our favorite places ever, amazing value for price.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Victoria. The location was beautifully laid out, with a great view of the harbor. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, adorned with traditional furniture that added to their charm. We especially loved the large claw-foot tub in our bathroom.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the elegant and charming atmosphere of the Pendray Inn. The staff was wonderful and incredibly patient with me. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the server was polite, attentive, and sweet. I also loved the unique features of the room, such as the teapot and clawfoot tub. The location directly across from the harbor was perfect for my VBT bike tour at the Hotel Grand Pacific. a quality experience.

I really got my money's worth at Pendray Inn And Tea House. The elegant and stately decor of the rooms, along with the incredibly comfortable bed and linens, made for a perfect stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding a touch of warmth to the already charming atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the inner harbor and within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the antique decor gave the room a charming feel. The gardens were a nice place to relax.

There were issues with the bathroom, and the towels provided were threadbare. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable and in need of replacement.
