My recent stay at the hotel was excellent. the location was convenient and the staff, especially Mr Francis, Mr Anil, and Mr Bhuvesh, provided outstanding support and service. the reception and security team offered a pleasant welcome, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. the restaurant, D'Fusion, served delicious food accompanied by live music in the evenings, adding to the enjoyable experience. the sports bar and restaurant offered hot drinks at reasonable prices. the staff, including a gentleman who had been with the hotel for over 5 years, were polite, gentle, and always willing to assist. I would definitely visit this hotel again due to the amazing staff and their kindness.

The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping enthusiasts, as it is very close to the Mall of the Emirates and several other shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices to start the day off right. the hotel provides convenient facilities such as underground parking and nearby grocery and restaurant options.

Some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness could be better, suggesting that maintenance may be required for certain items.

I recently stayed at Grandeur Hotel in Al Barsha for a short visit from 30 April to May 1st. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Philip and the Indian lady at the front desk. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room was big and very comfy, with all the necessary utilities provided. The hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops, Mall of Emirates, and the metro. The pool and bar are also worth a visit. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dubai. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a nice bar downstairs and a well-equipped business center. The location was perfect, as it was near local shops and very close to the metro link, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Shefali from the reception. it was a fantastic experience.
