My recent stay at the hotel was excellent. the location was convenient and the staff, especially Mr Francis, Mr Anil, and Mr Bhuvesh, provided outstanding support and service. the reception and security team offered a pleasant welcome, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. the restaurant, D'Fusion, served delicious food accompanied by live music in the evenings, adding to the enjoyable experience. the sports bar and restaurant offered hot drinks at reasonable prices. the staff, including a gentleman who had been with the hotel for over 5 years, were polite, gentle, and always willing to assist. I would definitely visit this hotel again due to the amazing staff and their kindness.

I recently stayed at Grandeur Hotel in Al Barsha for a short visit from 30 April to May 1st. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Philip and the Indian lady at the front desk. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The room was big and very comfy, with all the necessary utilities provided. The hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops, Mall of Emirates, and the metro. The pool and bar are also worth a visit. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dubai. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Grandeur Hotel in Al Barsha for a quick budget stay. The room was spacious, parking was convenient, and they provided two small waters daily. The bell staff and pool staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool was decent and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants. a satisfactory experience.

Loved the Festival Centre with its 600 shops and 100 restaurants. Found some authentic souvenirs in the souks, including traditional daggers and trinket boxes. The Spa & Wellness Centre offered rejuvenating treatments.

Just loved the constant smell in the lobby and rooms. Such a unique experience!

The location was perfect, as it was near local shops and very close to the metro link, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service provided was excellent with 24-hour room service and quick and efficient housekeeping. The hotel amenities were top-notch, especially the leisure spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in rooms and the soundproofed rooms ensured that my stay was comfortable and convenient.
