holiday inn preston exceeded my expectations. the polite and helpful staff went out of their way to find us a taxi. loved the comfy room with curtains that made it extra cozy. excellent service and amenities.

Breakfast cost unexpectedly increased.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the renovation of the hotel was impressive, making it look brand new. - the check-in process was efficient and the staff were helpful. - the room was comfortable and well-furnished, with a modern and clean bathroom. - the staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. - the breakfast was well presented and cooked.

Parking was limited and we had to park in a multi-storey opposite. The main road location of the hotel caused a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

First of all, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right next to the bus station and very close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They give a warm welcome and provide all the necessary information you need. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The beds are large and cozy, and the towels provided are thick and luxurious. It's also nice to have a complimentary bottle of mineral water in the room.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The TV channels were limited and the air conditioning was difficult to use.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. It is also close to Deepdale Stadium, making it a perfect choice for football fans. Additionally, the hotel is situated in front of an architecturally important bus station, adding to its accessibility. Furthermore, it is not far from shops, allowing for convenient shopping opportunities.

One area for improvement could be the soundproofing of the windows. The noise from the traffic outside could be quite noticeable, especially in rooms overlooking the main roads.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right next to the bus station and within a short walk to the train station, bars, restaurants, and shops. We also loved the personal touches of the staff, who were friendly and happy to serve even when all the shops were closed. The on-site parking was great, ensuring convenience for guests. the hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities, making our stay enjoyable.

The service from the staff was fabulous! They were quick to deliver dinner and drinks to my room, and even brought breakfast the next morning. the facilities were great, especially the mini gym. the view was also amazing, especially during the New Year's Eve fireworks.

The air conditioning was poor, making the room uncomfortably hot. the rooms were small, and the combination of small size and heat was not pleasant.

The lift access was crucial for reaching our fifth-floor room, and we found the room itself to be well-equipped for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel catered well to our requirements, and we appreciated the effort they put into ensuring a comfortable stay for guests with disabilities.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints.

The staff at reception were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. the room was big enough, very clean, and had all the facilities I needed. the bed was comfortable, and I loved the fact that there were wooden shutters that made the room completely dark, allowing me to sleep like a log until the alarm rang.

The limited number of parking spaces, which could be an issue. There is a nearby multi-storey car park, but it is payable.

Complementary warm drink on arrival and a Christmas card in our room were nice touches. Location was great, right in the middle of town so we could enjoy the shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was freezing and we couldn't warm up despite turning up the heating and the extra blankets we requested were not available. We had to ask twice for our coffee to be served.
