As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The hotel quickly resolved any issues, such as a clogged sink in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The free parking was spacious and easily accessible for all types of vehicles.

The staff were exceptional, offering great service throughout my trip. the location was also amazing - close to many cafes and restaurants, with a stunning view of the river. I particularly loved the complementary breakfast and the complimentary Wi-Fi service. These two things really made my holiday a lot more enjoyable.

In terms of things I disliked, there was a bit of noise coming from the elevator in my room. It wasn't constant, but it was loud enough to be a bit distracting.

Located in a new construction area in Business Bay next to the canal, everything about this hotel was top-notch. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the staff's service was immaculate. Although the breakfast was limited, the beds made up for it with their promise of a good night's sleep. The parking was very accessible and the gym had great equipment to offer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room with great amenities. One day during my stay, the wifi wasn't working properly but the efficient staff quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value and great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist, Ms Joy, kindly upgraded my room without any additional cost. The pool caretaker was also very helpful. The steam room and sauna were enjoyable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The staff at the restaurant were approachable and polite. The hotel's location, bedroom, services, and reception were all excellent. Thank you to the receptionist for the warm welcome and room upgrade. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
