The spacious rooms have a bathtub and a beautiful view of the canal. Complimentary water and a fridge are provided. The breakfast has an extensive selection of dishes including Arabic specialties. The hotel features a restaurant, café, lounge, and sports bar. The internet connection is very stable.

As a budget traveler, I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The hotel quickly resolved any issues, such as a clogged sink in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The free parking was spacious and easily accessible for all types of vehicles.

Located in a new construction area in Business Bay next to the canal, everything about this hotel was top-notch. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the staff's service was immaculate. Although the breakfast was limited, the beds made up for it with their promise of a good night's sleep. The parking was very accessible and the gym had great equipment to offer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room with great amenities. One day during my stay, the wifi wasn't working properly but the efficient staff quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value and great location.
