The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was great, with a wide variety of food options. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated near the Creek and the older areas of the city. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to a nearby beach, which was a convenient and enjoyable perk.

One aspect that could be improved is the disabled access from the hotel. There was a ramp at the back of the hotel, but it led to a pavement without a ramp, making it difficult for disabled individuals to navigate.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. Despite the lack of alcohol served, the stunning view from the rooftop and the kind and caring service made up for it. we will recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Golden Sands Hotel Creek was fantastic! The spacious room with a lovely view, large TV, and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax after our nights out. The hotel's proximity to the Union metro station made exploring Dubai easy.

We had such a great time at this place! The hotel is located in a very convenient area where all public transportations are available. We were able to get around easily and explore the beautiful nearby restored Souk area of 'old Dubai'. The staff were very friendly and provided an above-and-beyond customer service, especially at the reception desk. Moreover, the leisure spa & wellness center was a great spot for us to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

We would also add that the coffee shop could use better training when it comes to service. this venue is a great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

All was perfect.

The hotel was located in a bustling area with lots of activity nearby. You could walk down to the creek, which was just a stone’s throw away. There was a great selection of public transportation options available too, making it easy to get to anywhere in the city. The room was clean and spacious, with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a range of options, and there was a lovely view of the city from the pool terrace.

The noise of the traffic on the busy street outside was quite disturbing, and this made it difficult for light sleepers like me to get a good night's rest.

I stayed at Golden Sands-Dubai Creek with my daughter for a week and highly recommend it. The location on the Creek was fantastic and it was easy to get to from the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, with the front office being particularly helpful. The breakfast at The Great Oaks was exceptional and the staff there, including Simon, Noel, and Amit, really went above and beyond to take care of us. The twin room on the 8th floor was spacious and the luxury bathroom was a standout feature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast they offered. The staff, including Fahim, Munira, Christine, Asad. The hotel's location near Bur Dubai & Deira was perfect for shopping for cheap goods and haggling. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the creek provided a stunning view. Special thanks to the early morning receptionist for their assistance in arranging taxis for a day at the beach.

This hotel is a great value for money with prices that won't break the bank, and is located within a beautifully restored Souk area of 'old Dubai'. The rooms have either a great, beautiful, or stunning view of the creek, and the breakfast offers many fresh fruits and options for all tastes.

The staff was quite unfriendly, and the check-in process was slow and unorganized. the room itself was also very outdated and in need of some serious renovations.

I had a rejuvenating experience at the Spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage in the treatment room followed by a beauty treatment that left me feeling refreshed. The outdoor swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers, and the sun terrace provided a stunning view of the city. Cons: the halal food served at the restaurant was limited, and I had to request special diet menus.

golden sands-dubai creek exceeded my expectations. the staff was professional and attentive, especially mr. khalil at reception. the hotel had a boutique vibe and attention to detail was evident. i would highly recommend it to friends.
