You won’t believe how close this place is to all the good spots! ! I was just a short walk away from Zócalo and Bellas Artes, seeing the beauty of the city right outside the door was incredible. The staff were top-notch too, especially the bellhops—one even gave me tips on where to find the best tacos in the area!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what I got, it was still worth it.

i had high hopes for the ritz but alas, the noisy courtyard room left me longing for silence. the shower was a slippery disaster, and don’t even get me started on the bathroom privacy—it was frosted glass! i expected a complimentary treat for all this, but clearly, my expectations were too high. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect—right in the Historic Center, making it easy to visit the Zócalo and Bellas Artes. The staff was friendly and helped us choose our room. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a ton of options.

my stay was less than impressive, the room was stifling without ac and the noise from the street was unbearable. i expected a small refrigerator, but no luck there. how hard is it to provide a little comfort? honestly, i almost gave a good review, but without a complimentary gesture, it was just another underwhelming hotel experience.

ritz ciudad de mexico was exceptionally clean and modern. The location is perfect, just a short walk to many attractions. the staff was super helpful with directions to museums, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the fresh fruits. 100% recommend.

Staying in the Historic Center was amazing! We loved checking out the nearby Zócalo and the stunning Bellas Artes, all just a quick walk away. With five kids in tow, breakfast at the hotel was a hit and filled everyone up for the day's adventures!

My wife says that the cleaning could use improvement.

the hot water was non-existent. cleaning was not up to par, with a dusty floor and stained sheets. however, the location is fantastic! ! so close to zócalo and bellas artes. with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.

I loved how everything I needed was just a stroll away, whether it was shops or yummy restaurants. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to unwind, and I enjoyed some time in the cozy lounge area too. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more space for personal items, but that didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

Clean room, friendly staff, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable as it was only a 5-minute walk to a vibrant pedestrian street filled with shops and eateries.

The location near the Zócalo is unbeatable, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options, with excellent traditional regional homemade products to try. The spacious room was clean, and the big, comfy bed made for a restful night. However, the noise from the pedestrian street was quite loud, especially during the busy evenings. Despite the lack of a coffee machine and refrigerator, the convenience of ordering a taxi through the hotel was appreciated.
