The hotel offers a brilliant beach holiday experience with great facilities, such as a swimming pool with a bar and complimentary iced water to keep you cool. They even provide "street AC" in nearby night bars. The staff is friendly and helpful, with guest relations ladies who provide exceptional service. The rooms and hotel are extremely clean, and the breakfast selection is great. The location is also nice and convenient.

I just stayed at the Hilton on Palm Jumeirah and it was totally worth the money! The room was clean and modern, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach right outside.

We had one of the best stays at this hotel. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived, providing stunning service by Ana and our little Indian waitress for breakfast. The breakfast was great, and all service and friendliness in the main body of the hotel was excellent. The hotel's best aspects included its cleanliness, fantastic beach location, and easy parking. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool, were fantastic. The hotel's location on the Golden Mile at the beginning of the Palm made it easy to access and explore this city.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options, including American, Continental, Indian, and Middle Eastern dishes. the hotel had a fantastic swimming pool and playground area for guests to enjoy.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and with a magical promenade to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast and restaurant food were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's new property was beautifully designed and added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the early check-out option and the convenience of having a taxi ready for us at 3 am. Despite a few minor hiccups with valet and room service, the staff remained helpful and calm in resolving these issues. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

the hotel has only one pool for adults and children, which can be crowded at times.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Dubai that completely changed our perception of beach holidays in the city. the Hilton made it possible to enjoy a beach getaway even during the summer months. With their fantastic poolside bar and refreshing iced water service, they ensured that we were always comfortable in the hot climate. the nearby night bars also provided a cool atmosphere despite the heat. the Hilton truly exceeded our expectations with its brilliant breakfast and wonderful sauna facilities. We only stayed for one day this time, but we would have happily booked more days if we had known how great the Hilton is during the summer. Pool working hours until 8pm.

We were thrilled to stay at the Hilton Palm Jumeirah and it definitely lived up to our expectations. the location on the Palm is stunning and we enjoyed the beach area and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. the gym had a great view and the room amenities were excellent, with a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast buffet was excellent and the personalized birthday surprise arranged by the hotel staff was a lovely touch.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The Hilton was big, clean and beautiful. Our room was large, stylish, and fully equipped with a balcony offering a breathtaking beachfront view. The staff were professional, especially towards our baby. The playground area was charming, and the pool and pool bar were great without feeling crowded. The hotel's location on the west beach walk was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and even Nakheel mall and Palm viewpoint. It exceeded our expectations!

The modern and spacious decoration, along with the beautiful sea view from our room, made our experience truly memorable. The staff, especially Abdul from the lobby, were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of restaurant options to choose from. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
