The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient for access to Shinagawa station and the Shinkansen, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great service and spacious rooms! As a platinum member, we received a royal treatment. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the service from Tan and the beautiful blonde lady at the Egg station. we had a 5-star experience and will definitely come back.

The hotel also had a restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. We stayed at this hotel during xmas and had a great experience! the staff provided excellent service, always going out of their way to help us. the location was perfect, with easy access to the train station just a short walk away. We also loved the spacious rooms, which had a nice view of the city. the amenities provided, such as the electronic toilet and complimentary Nespresso coffee, added to our comfort and convenience.

One thing we didn't like was the limited options for Western breakfast in the hotel's buffet. It was mostly focused on Asian breakfast choices, so we preferred going to a nearby area for a more satisfying meal.
