The excellent location, just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from La Mer beach, makes this hotel an attractive choice. The breakfast buffet featured a great variety of options, including favorites like grilled vegetables and at least one Indian dish daily. Although the room felt a bit smaller than expected based on the price, it was clean and had prompt housekeeping service.

Inadequate response to maintenance issues, blocked washbasins, unpleasant sewer smell, unhelpful staff, poor telephone service, lack of room options, and basic amenities not functioning as expected!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, and there was a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. Good value for money in Dubai.

During my stay, I faced major issues with the shuttle service, which was often overcrowded and not well organized. It was frustrating to have to wait for long periods, especially when trying to explore the city. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and often lacked the urgency needed to address guest concerns, leaving me with a feeling of neglect.

I loved the breakfast selection, especially the Indian dishes, and the late check-out was a nice touch. Just wish the shower doors were more secure. Would stay again!

the staff was super friendly, especially Kayan at the front desk. she helped me with everything and made me feel welcome. the location was really good, near the beach and some cool places to eat. my room was comfy and clean. The coffee was pretty good too. overall, had a great time and would totally recommend this place!

the food options were kinda limited and the windows didn't seal well so i heard noise from outside.

However, the room design was subpar, notably lacking a full-sized mirror, which made getting ready a bit cumbersome.
